- Production Timeline
• Please allow 3–4 weeks from artwork approval for your order to be completed.
• Some items may require additional time if certain styles or colors are temporarily out of stock.
- Digitizing Fee
• A one-time $30 digitizing fee applies to every new custom logo or design.
• This fee covers the process of converting your artwork into a format our embroidery machines need.
- Proof Approval
• After you submit your logo/text, we’ll send a digital “proof” showing exact spelling, placement, font choice, layout, and dimensions.
• Carefully review every detail—once you approve the proof, production begins, and no further changes are possible.
- Payment Terms
• A 50% deposit is required to start production once your proof is approved.
• The remaining balance is due upon delivery or pickup.
• We accept payment by E-transfer to willowbrookembroidery@gmail.com
- Final Sale Policy
• All custom-embroidered items are final sale.
• We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.
